OUR PROCESS
A LOOK INTO HOW WE FUEL VISIONS, TACTICALLY SPEAKING.
GENERAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT PROCESS
We adhere to the project management institutes’ guidelines. Our process is based on their phase/stage approach per their project management book of knowledge (Initiation, Planning/Development, Execution, Monitoring/Controlling & Closure). We use "Trello" to manage all phases and stages in the process. See below for our custom labeling of each phase and its details.
1
THE DISCOVERY
The Vision Form is completed by us or the client - a document with their information, their vision, and services desired
The Vision Call is completed - a short call with the client discussing the vision form and the client's creative vision. This is creating the brief with the client.
{INITIATION}
The Vision Plan is sent - we send the client a custom plan via our site and tools. It will include the project plan proposal, the budget required, a way to make payment, and the contract agreement. The client can view, sign and pay at once. After we send the plan, the client reviews it, and decides to accept it or not.

2
THE FUELING
If the client accepts, signs the agreement, and pays per the Vision Plan, the project starts! - We move from the discovery phase into the “fueling”/production phase. We officially start the project by adding the client to Trello, our project management software. We start with all onboarding items and progress through all stages of the project until completion. If it’s a video project, we use a “D to D” process starting with Development, to Pre-Production, Production, Post-Production & lastly, Distribution. (see below for further details)

3
THE DELIVERY
In this phase, we deliver the project files to the client. Deliverable types include, but are not limited to; photo edits, video final cuts, still frame images, music/audio files, or website access. The client can submit revisions until satisfaction, within reason. After final client approval, official content files are delivered through Trello and secure Dropbox folders.
Boom! The project is now complete with the deliverables distributed. We ask the client to review us on Google and discuss what additional services are needed for future projects. Everybody is happy.

VISUAL PRODUCTION PROCESS
We operate on a "D to D" process with film/video production. From the inception of the idea, The Development Phase, to putting it into the marketplace, "Distribution", we are committed to excellence. We apply these 5 steps below to every project. This is the flow of things:
1
DEVELOPMENT
During this phase, we handle all onboarding and business particulars with the client. When completed, we begin developing the client's or our teams ideas. The story formation commences. We make the vision make sense by putting ideas to paper. Writing the story, script, story board, etc. The Lead Director, EP, and client are in this phase . This is the creative brain storm at work.
2
PRE-PRODUCTION
The production project starts with the EP, producer, director hiring talent, choosing shoot locations, scenes, hiring the crew. If this is a client project, client needs to sign off on things like location chosen and fees. Preparations are being made for the shoot.
3
PRODUCTION
Lights, Camera, Action! This is the day of the shoot. Principal photography commences at Call Time with the Director, EP, Producer, DP, and client. Also on set are the talent and crew members that were hired in pre-production. A successful shoot is completed efficiently, wrapped up, and footage is uploaded for editing.
4
POST-PRODUCTION
Film/video editing commences in our team lab. This includes putting the footage together in a complete story in our software timeline - adding effects, titles, sound design, transitions, and color grading. Last, but not least, we do film scoring in-house. Our team of composers can create the ideal music for the film project being edited. The client can choose a custom score or beat licensed. The Rough Cut is exported and sent to the client for approval. After the client submits changes, we complete them and send it back. When the client approves the cut, we upgrade it to "Final Cut" and proceed to the final stage.
5
DISTRIBUTION
After the client approves the rough cut, we can begin packaging it for distribution to them (or our channels) if it's an in-house project. We create the social media versions or the cut, the uncompressed versions for YouTube, and all ratios needed. We send the final cut, still frames, photos, and all versions to the client in a folder called client package. These are the deliverables. For in-house projects, we deliver the final cuts to our channels, film festivals, and distributors.
