    d.     Theatre, Indie Film & Festival

  • *The music composition can be licensed to others/

Exclusive

  • 12-Month Exclusive usage (during the term; composition will not be sold to others). After the term is complete you will have a first right of refusal to purchase a perpetual exclusive license at a negotiated rate.

  • The option to negotiate an extended license or in perpetuity after the term
